Eco-Committee go Litter Picking
Yesterday, our newly formed Eco Committee took part in their very first community litter pick, working alongside Horlock & Sons Funeral Directors and St Botolph’s Church in Northfleet. The children showed fantastic teamwork, supporting one another as they collected an impressive amount of rubbish and helped to make the local area cleaner and more welcoming for everyone.
This project was a wonderful example of partnership in action. With equipment kindly provided by Gravesham Council and refreshments generously supplied by Horlocks, the event highlighted the positive impact that schools, local organisations, and the church can achieve when working together.
The children thoroughly enjoyed being part of this positive community effort, and we look forward to more opportunities to care for our local environment together.
