Sharing and Thankfulness: Our Harvest Celebration at St Botolph’s Church

Our pupils have been learning all about the true meaning of Harvest – where our food comes from, why it’s important to be thankful, and how we can make a difference by helping others.

It was wonderful to see the children share their learning so confidently during our Harvest Service at St Botolph’s Church, Northfleet. Through heartfelt songs, readings, stories, and prayers, they reminded us all of the importance of gratitude and community.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to our Harvest donations, ensuring that every child had the chance to give something as they entered the church. Their kindness and generosity truly embodied the spirit of the season.

We are also deeply grateful to St Botolph’s Church for their warm welcome, and to all our parents and carers who joined us to celebrate together. It was a joyful occasion filled with sharing, singing, and thankfulness – a perfect reflection of the Harvest message.
