On 28th November, each class created their own Christingle and gathered together to share its message. We learnt about the different symbols of the Christingle.
- The orange represents the world and God’s love for everyone.
- The red ribbon reminds us of Jesus’ love and sacrifice.
- The dried fruit symbolise the fruits of the earth and the good things God provides.
- The candle represents Jesus as the light of the world, bringing hope, guidance, and warmth.
As we held our tealights, we were reminded of the light of hope, love, and faith that we can carry into the world. The glow from each candle symbolised how even the smallest light can shine brightly, especially when we join together as a community. This special moment encouraged us to think about how we can spread kindness, compassion, and courage in the days ahead.
