Welcome to Rosherville

Headteacher Welcome

I feel truly privileged to lead such a warm and inclusive school community, where every child is valued and encouraged to flourish. Rooted in our Christian values of Compassion, Wisdom, and Courage, our vision is inspired by the parable of the mustard seed—nurturing even the smallest beginnings to grow into something extraordinary.

At Rosherville, we are passionate about providing an education that is ambitious, nurturing, and inclusive. Through rich, hands-on learning experiences and a culture of care, we help children develop the confidence to step out in faith, embrace challenges, and believe in their potential.

As we prepare to move into our exciting new purpose-built site, our commitment to building a strong, connected community remains at the heart of everything we do. We strive to ensure that every child feels a true sense of belonging and is empowered to aspire, believe, and achieve.

Our staff are a dedicated and hardworking team who contribute fully to living our ethos of Flourishing through fellowship to Aspire, Believe and Achieve. Everyone in school works together to provide valuable and memorable learning experiences for our children. and to ensure that each child is given the best possible chance to flourish. We believe that children learn from and with each other and we, therefore, take every opportunity to encourage children to collaborate in their learning.

We are a part of Aletheia Academies Trust and we benefit from shared professional development opportunities and sharing of good practices amongst our schools. We are a small school but are well-resourced and make the best use of our space. Our creative curriculum offers lots of opportunities for active, hands-on learning and our children enjoy coming to school. Pupils come from a wide range of backgrounds and we have many EAL learners. We have a breakfast club and a range of after-school opportunities.
