On 4th November Dahl and Rauf classes took part in a live lesson hosted by the Royal Ballet and Opera.
The hour-long session was an introduction to ballet. The children watched professional dancers perform and were able to join in with their own movements.Dahl class was impressed lifts and body shapes made by the dancers. Rauf class was fascinated by the armoury and sword fighting.
The children enjoyed learning about costumes, set design, props and scenery.
We hope to participate in future live lessons or workshops hosted by the Royal Ballet and Opera.
